Always keep your receipt of purchase for any warranty claims. The product UPC code located in the product packaging is also important to keep.
If in case you have issues with our product, contact us through our email providing your order number, receipt, and UPC number. We usually respond within 2 business days.
If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage. You can arrange the shipment back to us.
Please take note that the buyer will be responsible for return postage cost. Once we receive the product, the Quality Check team will go through the condition of the product and will provide resolution (resolve the issue or provide fresh replacement) to you within 5 workings days.
Returned products should be packed in the original packing.
